After reading your article in this morning's paper,I was delighted to hear the "Polish-American Club" is still alive and well. That is what is was called 34 years ago when I had my wedding reception there. In honor of my Mom, who was so proud of her heritage and as my Grandmother would often tell me, danced the Polka till the wee hours every weekend in the Polka places in Chicago.
